What is collected

When you place an order: your name, phone number, delivery address, an optional email address, and an optional note for the courier.

That is all. There are no customer accounts on this site, no passwords, and no card details at any point.

Why it is collected

Only to pack your order, get it to your door, and contact you if something about it needs sorting. The courier is given your name, address and phone number because the delivery cannot happen otherwise.

What stays on your device

Your bag is stored in your own browser, not on our servers. If you tick the box at checkout to save your details for next time, they are stored in your browser too and never sent anywhere until you place an order.

Clearing your browser data removes both. There are no advertising or tracking cookies on this site.

How long it is kept

Order records are kept for as long as accounting rules require, then deleted. Ask us at any time what we hold about you, or ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and we will do it.
